At Damage Control IT, we take virus and spyware removal seriously and do it properly the first time!
We back-up your data before attempting a removal or scan. This assures that in the event of the worst Malware, Virus or Trojan attack, we have a 100% “go-back point” in the event of malicious data removal after the fact.
Operating system re-installation
Re-installing your operating system can be a time consuming project. Let one of our technicians do it for you and relax knowing that it will be done right the first time. Before returning a computer to our customers, we make sure that all of your computers drivers have been updated from the manufacturer with the latest available updates, as well as all operating system service packs and security updates. Each system is tested for “driver conflicts” before returning it to you.
Operating system and hardware migration
Operating system migration allows customers that would like to upgrade from one operating system to another (Windows XP to Windows 7 for example) do so without having to re-install all of their software, drivers and preferences.
Hardware migration is the same principal as software migration, however this method allows a user to upgrade their CPU and Motherboard to dissimilar hardware without having to re-install their operating system.
Both methods save hours even days of work re-installing applications and configuring settings.
